We are proud to announce the first-ever VEX IQ Junior Cycle Robotics Competition, taking place at Combilift, Monaghan on Thursday, 26 March 2026.
This exciting new event will bring together Junior Cycle students from across the region to showcase their creativity, teamwork, and STEM skills in a hands-on robotics challenge. Hosted in partnership with Combilift and supported by VEX Robotics Ireland, the competition marks an important milestone in developing robotics education and innovation in local schools.
Teams will design, build, and program their own robots to compete in a series of skill-based challenges — demonstrating problem-solving, collaboration, and technical knowledge in a fun and engaging environment.
